Matchably, operated by Guideway Consulting, is a UGC (User-Generated Content) campaign platform that connects K-brands with global creators. We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to support and enhance the platform’s web functionality.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining website features

• Adding or removing new functionalities

• Improving performance and scalability

• Fixing bugs and technical issues

• Integrating APIs and external services

■ Full-Stack

[ JOB Description ]

•  Feature maintenance and development for the Matchably web platform
•  Improve Admin dashboard (messages and user-side dashboard)
•  API integration (e.g., TikTok/Instagram login, points system, etc.)
•  Bug fixing and performance optimization
•  Set up and automate CI/CD pipeline for AWS environment (EC2, S3)
•  UI/UX improvements and refactoring legacy code

[ Technical Stack ]

• Front-End: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Back-End: Node.js, Express, AWS (EC2, S3, IAM )
• Database: MongoDB

[ Preferred Qualifications(우대사항) ]

•  3+ years experience with full-stack development using React + Node.js
•  Experience operating AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Route53)
•  Familiarity with MongoDB
•  Experience maintaining and operating live services
•  Experience integrating OAuth 2.0/social logins (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
•  Able to communicate in English
