Operation Process

 The career director reviews the resumes registered in the talent pool and recommends suitable candidates to companies.
Recommended candidates will have a coffee chat with the company representative, where they can freely discuss working styles, ongoing projects, potential responsibilities, and gain a mutual understanding.
Afterwards, the final intention to proceed with the contract is confirmed, followed by compensation negotiations and contract signing.
