■ JAVA Backend Developer

🚀We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Project Manager 
to lead and coordinate our international client projects.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously 
and thrive in a cross-cultural environment.

[ Job Responsibilities ]

1. Project Management & Delivery:
   • Lead multiple outsourcing projects from initiation to completion
   • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
   • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
2. Client Relationship Management:
   • Conduct regular client meetings and status updates
   • Manage client expectations and negotiate project scope changes
   • Build long-term partnerships with global clients
3. Team Coordination & Leadership:
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
   • Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams
   • Optimize team productivity and resource allocation

[ Qualifications and Skills ]

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in outsourcing environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - MUST
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.).

[ Preferred Qualifications ]

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
• Background in software development or technical understanding
