1.    한국에서 디자인한 웹과 앱의 서비스 로직과 플로우를 살펴보고 베트남 개발자에게 기능과 로직, 플로우를 설명해주는 일

2.    베트남 개발자가 설명을 듣고 디자인을 확인한 후, 개발을 진행하게 되면, 이를 보조하고(한국과 커뮤니케이션) 완성된 개발품에 대해 검수하는 일

3.    검수 결과를 정리하여 한국 오피스에 보고/피드백 받아, 베트남에서 완결적으로 프로젝트가 가능하도록 리딩

• One remote work day per month allowed
• Performance bonuses provided in addition to salary

• Five-day work week (Monday to Friday)

• VND 10,000,000 – 20,000,000 per month (negotiable depending on work hours and responsibilities)
• Flexible working hours available (e.g., morning or afternoon shifts), with salary adjusted accordingly
